A.C.T - Alignment through Communication with the purpose of Traction ™

A.C.T = Alignment through Communication with the purpose of Traction ™

Alignment:

To arrive at completion or destination, you must have alignment and the fundamental understanding of what you are attempting to accomplish. Most goals have multiple paths. Because of this, barriers are present and can alter your course, and alignment is vital with navigating to results.

Communication:

Working to accomplish the destination is done with Communication. Communication has always been a core. We must understand what we are attempting to accomplish, and we need to ensure we talk through the many paths, Communication will lead to alignment.

Traction:

If we are to be successful with Alightment & Communication, we then will have Traction on what we are attempting to accomplish. Results, to be able to hold on to the concept, problems, ideas, and goals. In doing so, we can move forward to create the actionable task, which will lead to the results of accomplishing our destination and or increments toward the end goal.

Why is A.C.T so important?

"The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place. "  - George Bernard Shaw

I love this quote because behind it is the actual results of communication failure. When we attempt to communicate without alignment and or traction, we fail to deliver the exact message intended. When this occurs, a host of issues can open up. Think of reaching a destination where context on critical items needed to show up is left out.  In the delivery of the message, you describe the requirements partially and leave thinking you've concluded.

Your view on the information is partial, at best!

Communication can destroy family, marriages, relationships as a whole, and teams, groups, business, and more.

If you cannot hold on to it, it is uncertain, if it is unclear, this is not obtainable.

Enable The A.C.T  - How does one get traction?

A: Regular checkpoints that result in a conversation!  Sounds Simple Right!?

The Hope: Practice and repeat to better the execution!

Hardly not!

A.C.T takes an oath with yourself, team, family, and anyone you are attempting to make alignment with communication through traction.
